Joanna Żmuda

Joanna Żmuda is an Attorney at law at Advocate’s Bar Council in Warsaw and Rechtsanwalt at Rechtsanwaltskammer Düsseldorf. Since the beginning of 90’s Ms. Żmuda provides legal services to foreign and domestic business entities, international corporations and individuals.
As Polish-German Attorney has extensive expertise in Polish and German legal systems, as well as the EU law and International law.
Ms. Żmuda specializes in foreign investments and legal services for international clients, corporate counselling, M&A and international transactions.
She participated in many share deals/asset deals, in which she was preparing Due diligences. She engages in the establishment, merger, transformation and liquidation of companies, as well as foreign branches of companies, and economic operators.
During her long-standing professional practice in Poland and Germany, she gained comprehensive experience in litigation before Polish and German Common courts, including Administrative courts.

Ms. Michałek-Szczepaniak since over 10 years advises Polish and German entrepreneurs and international corporations.
She graduated from the University of Łódź and Georg-August Universität Göttingen (German Civil Law, Business Law, International Private Law). She completed legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Łódź. She is a legal counsel since 2008.
Ms. Michałek-Szczepaniak specializes in broadly understood business law, including contract law and employment of foreigners in Poland. She has a long-standing experience in conducting court disputes in civil, business and labour matters.
